Crafting Comfort Objectives in Starseeker: Astroneer Expeditions
You can get the Crafting Comfort mission from Ensign Muriel. She’s one of the first people you meet on the space station. To unlock it, you will need to complete her previous mission, “Oh, Hello”. If it is not available, you may need to increase your rank by completing several expeditions first.
There are 4 objectives for the quest:
- Loot 8 Plants in the Wetlands.
- Deliver 5 Fire Canisters to Ensign Muriel.
- Deliver 5 Rubber to Ensign Muriel.
- Deliver Disposable Air Blast to Ensign Muriel.
The first and last objectives are straightforward. For the plants, just start an expedition in the Wetlands and scan the area. You can look at the map for an area marked with Flora to make finding the plants easier. Any plants work for this objective, but you must actually pick them up.
The Fire Canisters and the Rubber are the trickiest parts, which we’ll explain below.
If you have already used the Disposable Air Blast you get from the Captain Jupiter mission, “Signs of Life”, you can always craft one. You will need to complete the “Field Testing” mission from Science Officer Jessandra to unlock the Disposable Air Blast Blueprint.
How to get Fire Canisters and Rubber in Starseeker: Astroneer Expeditions
Getting the Fire Canisters was by far the hardest part of the mission if you don’t know where to look or don’t have a blueprint to make them.
The simplest way to get these early in the game is to go out on an expedition and look for the EXO Debris Fields scattered throughout the map. These have a ton of Scrap and other technological resources required for multiple crafts and missions. If you’re lucky, you can also find Fire Canisters.
Rubber is not found during expeditions; it is crafted. If you have already been to the Refiner and know how to refine items like Rubber and Aluminum in Starseeker: Astroneer Expeditions, you’ll only need the required resources. You need Resin, Carbon, and Catalysts to craft Rubber.
Overall, remember the delivery objectives require you to have the items and take them to Ensign Muriel at the space station. You can make room in your inventory by putting them in the Stash. The mission will still track your progress even if in the Stash.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
