The Dragon Ball story has never failed to display heroes acquiring different forms of learning how to become stronger with each new opponent they encounter. Hit

Hit is an assassin of Universe 6 who is featured in Dr. Ball Super. Hit being a part of the Tournament of Destroyers changed the whole course of the arc and became such a fan favorite character upon his initial reveal. Hit is not only a strong character but capable of jumping in time, canceling attacks, and reading moves as if he could read them almost supernaturally. He forced Goku to draw out Super Saiyan Blue Kaio-Ken, a scene that was not only incredible and became one of the highest rated episodes of Super.

Hit is almost invincible due to his skill and is constantly changing to keep up. His mode of fighting is more intellectual than merely the desire to gain more power. He is taught, trained and perfects time-skipping abilities which appear to surpass the normal ki scaling. Fans would love to see more of him — not just as a friend or foe, but as a character whose assassin’s philosophy and evolving time manipulation could redefine future multiversal threats, something Goku might be able to learn.

Gohan – Beast Form

In the recent DB Super film, Gohan’s Beast transformation shows how his suppressed potential reached its peak in response to a huge threat. This form gives him raw speed, ferocity, and an unpredictability that rivals even Goku’s strongest forms. It’s a lot stronger than the “Mystic Gohan” we saw in the Buu Saga. What made Beerus feel invincible was restraint. Every loss Goku suffered felt deserved, but every clash with Beerus felt unfinished. No matter how high the Saiyans climbed, Beerus remained a ceiling that couldn’t be touched. His ability to be almost invincible and lack of emotions makes Jiren extremely powerful. He is a character that solely relies on his own strength, unlike other ones who usually go by their feelings or even instincts, but considers strength as justice. He still continues to be the ideal of optimum physical prowess throughout the series despite Ultra Instinct pushing Goku to his limit. The possibility of unlocking the full potential of Jiren to influence new stories is a subject of debate among fans; this is one of the areas that can be explored.

Whis (Angels)

Whis is on a level far above mortals, where even the issue of combat becomes irrelevant. He is seen training Goku and Vegeta, and it can be seen that even at their finest they are clumsy. He is perfect in his motion, quick in his responses, and his knowledge of fighting is so thorough that he does not have to take it seriously and once the series showed us what Ultra Instinct was, we find out that all the angels merely exist in the Perfected Ultra Instinct state.

5 Dragon Ball Super Characters Stronger Than Ultra Instinct Goku

As of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, Ultra Instinct Goku is weaker than his rival, his son, and even the series’ next main villain. 

Whis is regarded as practically invincible by fans since he rarely fights with an intent to do so. He does not have to use brute force, but the power of dominance in the fight. He is sure what to do, is free-flowing and almost invincible. He does not demonstrate his full power, as most fighters do. He promotes growth, educates deities and humans and takes a demeanor of confidence that makes his strength unreachable to this world.

The Grand Minister

The Grand Minister or Daishinkan doesn’t fight on screen, and that’s exactly what makes him terrifying. As the being who stands directly beneath Zeno, his presence alone commands absolute authority across the multiverse. Angels respect him, gods answer to him, and order exists because he maintains it. Although fans speculate and make explanations about his power casually, the anime hints reveal that he is only second to Zeno.

What makes the Grand Minister feel invincible is the implication of invincibility. The series consistently suggests that he surpasses even the Angels, yet never needs to demonstrate it. When a character is trusted to manage reality itself, combat power becomes secondary — and invincibility becomes assumed. The fact that viewers are left wondering what he may do on the battlefield, his abilities and his role in the grand scheme of things makes his character all that more interesting.

Zeno

The strongest character of Dragon Ball is the King of All, Zeno (Zeno-sama). There is no one able to really confront him as he can destroy whole worlds with a thought. He does not need training or building up to power, and he behaves as a child seeking easy gratifications, but he is actually very smart. And even the multiverse was afraid of his judgment due to his great power.

What makes Zeno truly untouchable is that conflict doesn’t even apply to him. There is no strategy, no counter, no comeback. Strength, speed, and technique mean nothing when existence itself can be erased instantly. In a series built on surpassing limits, Zeno stands as the one limit that can never be challenged. A curious speculation would be to imagine Zeno outside his custodian functions—supposing, that is, that he was put in danger, or how he came into being. It would help to add more details to the story by creating a sequel detailing the past life of Zeno and his boundaries and motivations.
